George Fitzgerald – Eyes of Mine

Berlin based UK producer and DJ George Fitzgerald has just released a two track treat.  Fitzgerald announced last week on his facebook page that his next series of releases would be more club focused soundwise, in addition he would be working with the new moniker, Eyes of Mine, enabling him to re-explore the style of music that formed his career.  Although he started out very much in the garage camp of DJ-ing, Fitzgerald has revealed admirable versatility in his creative productions and mixing style as he has established himself as top tier techno producer and DJ.

The first track, Fig 1.1, is a slow burn easing you in to a full almost eight and a half minutes of synthy uplifting melodic techno that leaves you with a smile on your face.  Next up, Fig 1.2, takes a turn toward a darker techno sound that would be a totally comfortable peak time floor filler.  Nice work all round, take a listen:

This latest release is available now on Beatport digitally or Juno for the vinyl version.
